1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on SiimpleDocs, logging into our control panel through secure email codes or third-party providers, or configuring a documentation site, you agree to fulfill the operational guidelines outlined below.

2. Account Usage & Tier Boundaries

You agree to operate your workspace within the designated structural constraints of your elected subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: 1 Site Hub limit, 5 document structures.
• Tiny Plan: 3 Site Hub limits, 20 document tracks.
• Solo Plan: 5 Site Hub limits, 50 document tracks.
• Pro Plan: 15 Site Hub limits, unlimited text inputs.

3. User Conduct & Ingestion Quality

You retain sole intellectual ownership of all assets dropped into our parser systems. You are strictly prohibited from publishing content that breaks regional security laws, distributing malicious software libraries through your compiled file trees, or overloading edge delivery routers with artificially induced page traffic vectors.

4. Infrastructure Adjustments & Cancellations

We reserve the operational right to freeze live pipelines or suspend subdomain access routes if active traffic parameters bypass your account profile tier limitations. You can voluntarily terminate site settings or completely erase database records at any time through your internal dashboard console panel.
