We collect information you provide directly to us when creating an account, uploading files, or configuring your documentation hubs. This includes your name, email address, password tokens, and any content embedded within your uploaded document bundles (.docx or .txt formats).

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is processed strictly to maintain and deliver your static web pages. Specifically, we use your content to map routes, compile static code frameworks, track system resource limits based on your tier selection (Tiny, Solo, or Pro), and securely route custom domains using your DNS updates.

3. Data Isolation & Security

SiimpleDocs features a strict multi-tenant architecture. Your account information and live site assets are securely segregated at the database layer using strict ownership rules. We clear temporary system upload memory immediately after your document is successfully compiled into static HTML assets.

4. Third-Party Authentication

If you connect your profile using single sign-on (SSO) endpoints provided by Google or Microsoft Azure AD, we capture your verified authorization hash keys to configure session validation variables. We do not inspect or extract personal telemetry profiles from your secondary provider accounts.
