1. Our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love using SiimpleDocs. If you sign up for any of our premium tiers (Tiny, Solo, or Pro) and decide the platform doesn't fit your operating needs within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, we will issue a full 100% refund. No questions asked.

2. Monthly Subscriptions & Cancellations

Beyond the initial 14-day window, premium subscription plans are billed electronically on a recurring monthly cadence.

  • You can self-cancel your plan at any moment straight through your account dashboard.
  • Following a cancellation request, your access remains completely functional until the final close of your active billing period expiration.
  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds or credit balances for partially utilized months.

3. Data Retention Following Downgrade

When your billing cycle expires after a cancellation or refund, your infrastructure limits adjust down to our Free Tier (1 Active Hub Site, maximum 5 compiled pages). If your account holds content above these caps, your excess sites will be archived securely. We don't delete your data instantly, giving you window room to download your raw resources.

4. Processing Exceptions

Refund terms apply strictly to your cloud engine usage. Refunds cannot be processed under the following exceptional edge cases:

  • An account has violated our standard core Terms of Service (e.g., hosting malicious, phishing, or restricted documentation clusters).
  • Custom enterprise licensing contracts or dedicated SLA agreements that explicitly override standard retail terms.
